Required Programs for Dissolution of Marriage

A family mediation is a session with a specially trained neutral third person who helps you and your spouse reach decisions about family matters such as child support, custody, visitation schedules, distribution of property and debts, and alimony. Unless you and your spouse have a complete Marital Settlement Agreement filed with the Clerk of the Court, you will be required to attend family mediation.
