Welcome to Family Court

The Office of the Court Administrator is responsible for the development and administration of support services for the court. Family court cases include juvenile dependency and delinquency, paternity, adoptions, name changes, domestic violence, dissolution of marriage, including custody, visitation and support issues. The following programs are part of Family Court: Child Support Enforcement, Family Mediation, Family Court Self Help, Juvenile Alternative Sanctions and Specialty Courts, which includes juvenile and dependency drug court and mental health court.
