ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO 8.970(A)
Whereas, the prohibition of smoking in all areas of the county courthouses in the Eighth Judicial Circuit occupied by the court will further the health and safety of the public and employees, pursuant to 386.204, Florida Statutes; it is therefore
ORDERED that smoking in all indoor areas and spaces occupied by the court in the
county courthouses within the Eighth Judicial Circuit is prohibited.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that Administrative Order 8.970 is rescinded.
