SUMMARY REPORTING SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court of Florida has implemented a monthly Summary Reporting System pursuant the requirements of Section 25.075, FLA. STAT., and

WHEREAS, the Chief Judge is in need of current

statistical information on a continuing basis regarding the status of all cases in the Circuit for the purpose of determining equitable caseloads,

It is, therefore, ORDERED that the several clerks of the Circuit shall copy the Court Administrator with their respective monthly summary report that is due not later than the 15th of each month for the preceding month.
