CREATION OF TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS BUREAU

A Traffic Violations Bureau in and for the Counties of Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Gilchrist, Levy and Union, Florida, is hereby established with full authority to perform the function specified in Rule 6.100(a), Florida Traffic Court Rules. The Bureau shall be administered by the Clerks of County Court in their respective Counties, under the direction of the Court.

DONE AND ORDERED at Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, this 10th day of September, 1982.
