PRESENTENCE INVESTIGATIONS
WHEREAS, the orderly and efficient administration of the circuit courts regarding
the distribution of presentence investigations throughout the circuit requires that the
method of distribution be revisited,
It is, Therefore,
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Florida Department of Corrections shall
distribute the presentence investigations to the court and respective parties as required
by the court in compliance with Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.712 and 3.713.
DONE AND ORDERED this 4th day of February, A.D., 1987.
