Whereas,  §766.104(2), Fla. Stat. [1997], requires the Chief Judge to establish a filing fee in medical negligence cases where a petition for an automatic ninety (90) day extension has been filed with the clerk.
 It is, therefore,

    ORDERED that a $25.00 filing fee shall be paid in medical negligence cases where a petition has been filed with the clerk for an automatic ninety (90) day extension.

    This order revokes Administrative Order 3.680(2) entitled Filing Fees in Medical Negligence Cases dated September 26, 1986.
