NOW, THEREFORE, it is,
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. No paper or document, except evidentiary exhibits, shall be delivered to a Judge's chambers for filing unless requested by the presiding Judge.
2. In ordinary circumstances all pleadings and documents relevant to, or which may be considered in, the matter to be heard shall be filed with the Clerk no less than 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to a hearing or trial in the cause in which the pleadings or documents are relevant , Counsel may assist the Clerk with the preparation of the file by telling the Clerk that a document tendered for filing is necessary for a pending hearing.except as hereinafter provided. In extraordinary circumstances in which a pleading is required less than 48 hours prior to a hearing in which that pleading is relevant , the attorney filing said pleading shall cause a note to be affixed to the front page of the pleading, at the time of filing with the Clerk, notifying the Clerk of the time and place of the hearing in the cause with a request to the Clerk that the file contain the pleading prior to that time. The Clerk shall expedite these requests.
3. The attorney noticing or cross-noticing a hearing shall audit the case file prior to the hearing thereon, to assure that the pleading or pleadings upon which a hearing is to be held are in the file and that the file is complete and ready for hearing. Court files are delivered to the presiding Judge's chambers on the last working day preceding a scheduled hearing or trial.
4. Orders and Judgments prepared by counsel at the request of the presiding Judge shall be delivered to the presiding Judge for consideration within 48 hours following the request, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded, unless otherwise directed by the presiding Judge.
