WHEREAS, the orderly and efficient administration of first appearance on weekends and holidays in the Alachua County Courthouse requires that the procedure set forth in Administrative Order 1.410 paragraph four be revisited.
It is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
On weekends and holidays, the pre-first appearance conference will begin at 9:00 a.m. o'clock. The assigned Judge, together with the Assistant State Attorney, the Assistant Public Defender, the Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court, Court Liaison, and other court related personnel, will convene promptly in order that first appearances may begin in Courtroom 2B, at 9:30 A.M. o,clock. Those prisoners being held for first appearance will be delivered to the holding rooms adjacent to Courtroom 2D no later than 9:15 A.M. o'clock.

ORDERED as follows.
[1] The administration building at UCI is hereby designated as an additional place within Union County within which to hear all such criminal and civil proceedings (except jury trials) relating to inmates confined to the Department of Offender Rehabilitation and housed within UCI within said county.
[2] The circuit judge holding any and all of the above proceedings and the superintendent at UCI shall see that proper arrangements are made to accommodate members of the press and public in those instances in which they are entitled to be present.
[3] This order shall be submitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Florida for its approval in accordance with Rule 1.020(e), Fla. R. Civ. P.
